ESSENTIAL SKILLS/BACKGROUND-
- 10 years of relevant business experience selling Software services to Fortune 500 level customers, in the Retail industry
- Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives
- Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships
- Must have a working knowledge of off-shore/ far-site model
JOB DESCRIPTION-
- Selling IT services to the customers
- Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts in the Retail Vertical
- Identifying prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical.
- Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multi million dollar engagements.
- In addition, also enhancing business from existing accounts achieving consistent contribution and collection norms,
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality
- Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory.
- Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs is essential.
