Copyright and patent must be fought tooth and nail for humanity to advance.

This is the center of the Information War.

Copyright does not protect authors/content creators or artists. It protects monopolists and middle men.

Instead of trying to prop up failed copyright/patent - we should look at trademark - the only honest way to protect someone's work.

The term trademark is also used informally to refer to any distinguishing attribute by which an individual is readily identified, such as the well-known characteristics of celebrities. When a trademark is used in relation to services rather than products, it may sometimes be called a service mark, particularly in the United States.

We don't need copyright and patent.

All we need, at most, to protect content creators - is TRADEMARK.
